Every CV is scored against the job description you supply once: a 0–100 fit, severity-ranked gaps, strengths, and a one-line summary. The output is identical to the single-CV tool, so a bulk shortlist is directly comparable to anything you screened individually.
Bulk screening is part of the Recruiter Unlimited plan. You can run up to 200 CVs per batch, export the table to CSV for your ATS, and re-run failed candidates without restarting the whole job.

- Up to 200 CVs per batch. For very large intakes, run several batches back-to-back — there is no daily cap on Recruiter Unlimited.
- Which file types does the bulk uploader accept?
- PDF, DOCX, and plain text, either as individual files or bundled in a .zip. Everything is parsed client-side before any analysis runs.
- Is the bulk score directly comparable to the single-CV score?
- Yes. Bulk uses the same scoring engine and the same job-description-driven rubric, so a 78 in bulk means the same thing as a 78 from the single-CV tool.
- Which plan do I need for bulk screening?
- Recruiter Unlimited. The single-CV tools work on every plan including the free tier, but bulk is reserved for unlimited so heavy use does not affect other plans.
- What happens if a CV fails to parse mid-batch?
- It is marked failed with a reason and the rest of the batch keeps running. You can retry failed CVs individually without re-running the whole job.
- How do I get the shortlist into my ATS?
- Export the results table to CSV — fit score, candidate name, gap count, strength count, status, and summary. Import that CSV into any ATS or spreadsheet.
- Is candidate data shared across the team?
- Bulk batches are scoped to your organisation via row-level security. Members of your org can see batches the team has run; nothing leaves your org.
